What we sell
We sell branded merchandise for sports teams and organizations in the United States only. We also offer and sell personalization services. Because of the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items that were custom made or personalized by the buyer.
The Purchase Currency
We use the US Dollar for all purchases and we do not accept any orders from outside the United States under any circumstances.

Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy: There are no refunds on our items as they are custom made and/or decorated.
Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped to or picked up by your coach, league administrator, school representative, or parent representative of your organziation.
Return Policy: There are no returns on any of our items since they are custom made and decorated to your specifications.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order being placed.

Security
We comply with all of the PCI standards. Our website and payment form uses HTTPS and other security best practices and is not susceptible to card testing. Your payment information is handled safely when doing business with us.
